Practical help. Genuine care. No judgement.

SOMA Care Services offers flexible, one-to-one practical and personal support for people who could use a little extra help in everyday life.

Sometimes life gets overwhelming — whether because of illness, disability, ageing, grief, a new baby, a busy household, neurodivergence, or simply having too much on your plate.

My aim is to step in alongside you, without judgement, and help make things feel a little more manageable.
